Here’s what’s at stake today
The Trump administration is rolling back our environmental safeguards one by one, removing limits on air pollution, weakening chemical safety checks and ignoring water contamination.
This is putting millions of people, especially kids and seniors, directly in harm’s way. It means more asthma attacks and a higher risk of cancer and other health problems from polluted air and water.
The administration is also making electric bills rise by supporting aging, polluting fossil fuel plants instead of clean energy projects that are proven to help lower electricity costs and cut the pollution harming our health.
These attacks on clean energy have already killed tens of thousands of good-paying American jobs and are putting even more at risk.
The result: higher costs and dirtier air.
