Description
Tom is a Director in EDF’s U.S. Power Sector Decarbonization team where he is focused on analysis that will accelerate the adoption of policies to drive deep greenhouse gas reductions in the U.S. power sector by 2030. He also leads analysis on state-level economy-wide policies for greenhouse gas reductions.
Background
Prior to joining EDF, Tom worked as a senior economist for the UK government. He joined the UK Government Economic Service in 2008 and has worked on a wide variety of energy and climate policies, leading analysis and policy impact evaluations on carbon budgets, energy innovation, business energy efficiency, renewable heating and international climate change mitigation policy.
