Description
Linnan is a Senior Analyst with the State Climate team where she leads EDF’s work to advance climate policies in Michigan and leads cross-cutting research and analytics. She works on climate policies that will rapidly cut greenhouse gas emissions, deliver air quality and other benefits to communities, and ensure a just clean energy transition.
Background
Linnan came to EDF from the Energy Analysis & Environmental Impacts division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory where she supported the development of U.S. federal energy efficiency standards. Linnan also worked at the Energy Division of the California Public Utilities Commission on proceedings and regulations related to resource adequacy, energy procurement and transportation electrification. Globally, she has spent time in Berlin, Germany and China on international development projects related to energy assess, climate finance and water sanitation.
